Transportation

Transportation has been arranged to ensure smooth and efficient travel throughout the event.

AA Transportation will provide daily shuttle service between the hotel and EMUGE-FRANKEN headquarters each morning and afternoon. They will also provide transportation to and from our scheduled group dinner, allowing everyone to travel together comfortably and on time.

For attendees traveling through Logan Airport on Monday and Thursday, Knight’s Airport Limo will provide all airport transportation services. Pickup times and group assignments have now been finalized and posted.

It is important that all attendees adhere to their assigned transportation times and arrive promptly for bus departures and airport shuttles so the overall schedule remains on track for everyone. If your scheduled pickup time presents a conflict, please reach out as soon as possible so arrangements can be reviewed.

Note: All passengers must meet at the terminal listed for your group. Knight’s Limo is unable to pick up passengers from multiple airport terminals, so please ensure you are waiting at the correct terminal location.
