National Sales Meeting – FAQs

When and where is the National Sales Meeting taking place?

The National Sales Meeting will be held at EMUGE-FRANKEN USA Headquarters in West Boylston, Massachusetts, from Monday, April 13, 2026, to Thursday, April 16, 2026.

What’s new this year?

This year features a new company-wide lunch designed to encourage cross-team collaboration. Please sit with your assigned group and make the most of this dedicated time to connect, share insights, and strengthen relationships across the company.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Refer to the Venue/Travel section for specific details. Shuttle times have been coordinated with flight arrivals and departures, with all pickups occurring at a designated central location. We accounted for travel time to the airport and security processing to ensure you have ample time before your flight. Any transportation costs incurred outside of the shuttle service or unauthorized Uber rides will be billed to you by EMUGE.

I will be driving in or renting a vehicle. Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at the hotel. Please refer to the Hotel section of the microsite for current parking details and rates.

What is this year's team-building group activity?

Can I opt out of the team-building group activity?

No. Participation is required, as the activity is intentionally designed for an entire group experience. This is a chance to come together for a meaningful cause - bring your energy, get involved, and help make a positive impact as a team.

Can I bring a guest(s) to the event?

While guests can stay with you in your room, they are not permitted to attend meeting sessions, group meals, or team-building activities.

Will meals be provided during the event?

Yes, lunch and dinner are arranged for you. Please inform Angela of any specific dietary preferences or restrictions, and the catering team will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Where can I get breakfast during my stay?

Breakfast will be provided by the hotel each morning. Please follow the company’s meal allowance policy if purchasing any additional items.

Will there be an open bar at this year’s dinners?

Can I give my drink tickets to someone else?

Will after-hours expenses be covered by the company?

No. All after-hours expenses are considered personal and will not be covered by the company.

What is considered an after-hours expense?

After-hours expenses include any costs incurred after dinner or once the day's meeting sessions have concluded. This includes bar tabs, entertainment, late-night meals, and other personal activities.

Can I expense drinks or entertainment after meetings or dinners?

No. Any bar tabs, entertainment, or related expenses after official meetings or dinners are personal expenses and cannot be submitted for reimbursement.

Are there any exceptions to this policy?

I wish to extend my stay. Can I modify my travel dates?

Yes. For modifications, please contact Angela at angela.marcotte@emuge.com as soon as possible. If you will be staying off property, you do not need to make arrangements with Angela. Any additional nights and related expenses will be your responsibility.

Is there a dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual for general meeting sessions. For the awards dinner on Wednesday evening, a jacket and (orange) tie are required. No jeans.

Is attendance at the National Sales Meeting required?

Yes, unless you experience an unexpected illness or family emergency. In this case, contact your manager.

Please refer to the Agenda section on the microsite for daily schedules and locations. Periodically, automated text messages will also be sent to your work phone with reminders and locations.
